From 27 to 31 May 2016 activities at the Naval Heritage Museum of Porto Montenegro include an art exhibition with works by acclaimed Emirati artist, Najat Makki, and a calligraphy exhibition with Emirati artist, Fatma Saeed Al Bagali. There will also be activities related to culture and tradition of the UAE such as henna painting, art workshops for children and an Arab tent, while visitors will be served with gahwa, the traditional Arabic coffee and with dates from the United Arab Emirates. The visit of these artists is the result of the initiative and organizational efforts of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Montenegro, under the guidance of H.E. Hafza Al Ulama, the Ambassador of the UAE to Montenegro, together with the UAE based company, Swiss Art Gate UAE. Prominent guest at the event: The former President, HE Atifete Jahjaga, former President of Kosovo.
